FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED 28 DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE HOLIDAY. All Tariffs include: Heating, Electricity, Bed Linen. UNLESS ANOTHER BOOKING CAN BE MADE FEES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Cancellation Insurance is NOT Included.

Short breaks may be available at the following %'s of weekly price: Two Nights 45%, Three Nights 60%, Four Nights 75%, Five Nights 85%, Six Nights 100%. We do not accept bookings for one night.

Dogs £20 per week per dog maximum three per bungalow. Cats £15 per week maximum one per bungalow. Please bring protective covers if your pet is prone to climbing on furniture.

All of our bungalows are non smoking.
